Audit process is to make sure the quality of work for outgoing freight is correct, either domestic, or international within Zodiacs Quality's requirements. Audits are conducted at the freight stations. Gather data knowledge, and train personnel on new ideas to problem solve, or to improve on a procedure already in process. All information, and audits are saved daily on Excel spreadsheet for traceability trail to monitor shipments to improvement, or procedures may need a revision change.

Purchased items received through QC inspection that are rejected, disposition UAI, or returned to supplier.
