Department Manager, SVP – Loan Trading & Private Bank Deal Closing Operations (2010 – 2016)
Promoted to manage day-to-day business development and operations activities for more than $3billion in trading positions and over 12,000 individual Private Bank clients across multiple regions while, ensuring all operational commitments adheres to rigorous standard agreements between internal and external clients. Lead high-level, early-stage review activities for new investment products, providing feedback on legal documents, product feasibility, resource demands, and cost/pricing forecasts. Manage five direct reports at the VP level and four special project managers each with oversight of a cross-functional financial/technical staff and a set of growth-oriented responsibilities. Supervised up to 120 staff on matters, including requisition, recruitment, hiring/training, and performance management across multiple offices across the globe.
