AssurX:CatsWeb – Customer Service call intake application integration for global partners. Application validation in-line with implementation. Expanded products to include 15 new products to include global manufactures. On time under budget with ROI of 10%.

Responsible for >$500,000 capital project budget, including external vendor management and contract services, 8 person team for implementation internally.

Master Control upgrade and validation, QEM modules in regulated environment: $500,000 budget.

Enterprise vendor selection and implementation for validated manufacturing reporting system.

Program Management for enterprise manufacturing application and internal processes that support reporting all adverse identifications in 4 lanes of business that support the FDA inquires.
