Developed and launched a re-energized brand identity for Dirt Devil – a $165M global brand – including all new packaging, in-store merchandising, digital experience, national TV ad campaign, and social media strategy. Launched 2 new flagship product lines worth a combined $19M in annual revenue while substantially lifting the gross margin across the entire Dirt Devil product offering. Co-managed a $15M advertising and PR budget, optimizing volume, frequency, and penetration to strengthen consumer loyalties and accelerate expansion of market share. Partnered with 40+ team members from Global Sales, Creative, Marketing, Product Development and Planning Groups to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, achieving revenue and profitability targets. Led consumer research programs to identify market trends and determine investment or development opportunities.
