30 Room Healthcare Unit, 43 Apartments Assisted Living Building, 46 Apartments Independent Living, 65 Cottages (1 and 2 bedroom, 700 sqft to 1600 sqft)

Assigned 4 techs in A/C, plumbing, electric, painting and overall maintenance of building and residencies. Ran all fire drills, made sure all systems were to code, tested monthly and annually for state regulations. Walked the property everyday (20 acres) ensuring lighting and safety issues were addressed quickly was adequate for residents and employees.

Set up and managed disaster plans for evacuation in case of emergency: fire, hurricane, gas leak. Arranged for resident movement during hurricane Matthew to protected facilities out of area.

Acquired quotes and scope of work to be done in building, recommended which vendors to use reporting to Executive Director, RDO, Vice President and for best job, pricing, and timing. Planned, directed, and oversaw daily operations/maintenance of all building systems, as well as all plumbing work, in a prison with approximately 1,350 inmates (all plumbing is air-assisted for conservation of water-Acorn Penal Systems). Trained, mentored, and oversaw eight inmates in performing plumbing work. Supervised four dormitories housing 350 inmates each. Ensured compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Scheduled preventative maintenance for all buildings. Coordinated with external contractors and technicians. Chief Engineer/Director of Maintenance-Marriott Residence Inn and Suites 08/200*-**-****

Planned, directed, and oversaw daily operations/maintenance of all building systems, as well as all plumbing work and some HVAC work, for hotel consisting of 156 suites.
