Dear Sir,

This is with reference to your requirement of a sr. executive for your Cable manufacturing unit. I would like to place my candidature for the same position in the said esteemed organization. I have served in various capacities in different cable manufacturing & development field, for the past thirty years, of my career spanning thirty one years. Out of my seven employment with different cable industries (in India & abroad), in three occasions I was holding the position of M.R. & on other three occasions I was closely associated with ISO activities.

Presently I am working with M/S. SINGLA CABLES LTD. ; INDIA as V.P. OPERATIONS .

Prior to this, I was associated with M/S. ABU DHABI CABLE FACTORY ; UAE as G.M. OPERATIONS & reporting to MD. Though initially I joined in M/S. NATIONAL CABLES INDUSTRIES ; UAE, as PLANT – MANAGER & reporting to M.D.. Our product range was up to 132 kv. of 2000 sq.mm. along with full range of LT, Instrumentation cables & house wiring cables . The copper through put was 2000 MT. per month.

Earlier I was working in M/S. NICCO INDUSTRIES LTD; KOLKATA, INDIA; group of PRYSMIAN Cable, as G.M. (OPERATION). Looking after entire operation of the “ SHAMNAGAR & BARIPADA” units & reporting to the President. Product range was ELASTOMERIC RUBBER CABLE, RF-CO AXIAL INSTRUMENTATION CABLE, EB-CURING CABLE, LT/HT- XLPE POWER & CONTROLCABLE, OVER HEAD CONDUCTOR, THERMOCOUPLE, etc.

Earlier I was working with M/S POLY CABLE INDUSTRIES LTD., Bangladesh as CEO since April 2002 to March’07 Here I was looking after entire operation of factory i.e. from selection of equipment for manufacturing and developing of different type of cables to finish cable inspection. I was sole responsible for business development of my organization, as well as designing of cables up to end of manufacturing & inspection. I was accountable for loss & profit of the organization.

Earlier, I was working with M/s PLAZA CABLES LTD. Sonipat, DELHI since jan’99 to April’2002 as G.M. (works)- our products range was L.T. & H.T. power Cables (unto 33 K.V.)

Prior to this, I was working with M/s DELTON CABLES LIMITED, Delhi since April 1997 to Jan’1999 as a works manager. I was looking after entire operation of the Faridabad unit. Our product range was Instrumentation Cables, R.F.Coaxial Cables, Thermocouples, Uninyvin, Floropolymer & Control cables .

Prior to that, I was working with OMAN CABLES INDUSTRIES LTD. Muscat; OMAN since 1994 to March 1997 as overall in charge of production. Under my leadership OMAN CABLES INDUSTRY Muscat was first manufacturing unit to receive ISO 9002 Certificate in Oman.

Prior to that, I was working with M/s ASIAN CABLES & INDUSTRIES LTD,. Bombay for five years as an Assistant Manager, in charge (H.O.D.) of project-1 (i.e. Bare Wire, Covered wire and Fluropolymer Dept.). I was involved in the manufacturing of SDBC Wire. PVC- Winding/ jumper Wire, Domestic and

Special Elastomestic Cable, Fire Survival Cables, uniprene and uninyvin Cable, FRLS Cable, Mining Cable, 11KV land line cable, EVA High Temp. Cable, Oil Rig Cable, Loco Cable, PVC/XLPE Power and Control Cables, PVC Special Cable for Aircraft Industry and Nuclear Power Stations, RF-Coaxial Cable, Instrumentation Cable, Paper Lapping Supervisory Cable along with PILC & XLPE Cable (up 132 KV)

Earlier I have worked with M/s National Insulated Cable Co. (NICCO), Calcutta for a period of a seven years as Sr. Supdt., In charge of Bare Wire, Fluropolymer and entire operation of instrumentation cable production.

Basically I have a LICENCATE in Mechanical Engineering (LME), then Graduate-ship (AMIE), from Indian Institute of Plant engineering and Post Graduate in Business Management, Recognized at per with M.B.A., from Central Institute of Human Resource and Socio-Economic Development.

Having a wide experience in production of Bare Wire (i.e. Wire Drawing & Stranding), covered wire (i.e. Rubber, PVC & XLPE Extrusion to finish cable) as well as micro line (Fluropolymer Line, both Mailefer & Rosenhal) and I am well conversant with the design, Production, Quality aspect of Power Cable & Special Cables as well.
