This position requires a Secret Security Clearance through the Department of Homeland Security. This position is responsible for the processing of data input for payroll every other Friday, monthly input of OSHA hours for personnel on specific aircraft, quarterly Affirmative Action reports, maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, act as site interface for Security Compliance and Human Resources for the main facility in Stratford, Connecticut. Properly maintain up to date personnel documents and organizational charts, and submission of site expense reports as needed. Confer with management and upper lever HR to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.

This position requires strong accuracy skills, multi-tasking, time management and friendly customer service. This position supported 7 Managers, including 2 Second Line Managers and 2 First Line Managers and also supported 78 regular customers of which are all either Finance or Pricing related.
