The project involved a new Mobile Retail Banking application for all homeowners, providing loan pre-approval application facility, loan approval facility, and helping clients to choose the right kind of loan. The project was on the Intranet Credit Risk management enhancement, which will help Northern Trust to make centralize lending information, for the businesses, including: approval data; financial statements analysis; credit risk grading, mortgages; balance and debts information and reporting in a single intranet platform. The use of credit risk models offered a framework for examining credit risk in a timely manner, centralizing data on global exposures and analyzing marginal and absolute contributions to risk. The project involved in design and implementation of a global derivatives trading platform using Java front end.
