IT Director

Implemented Microsoft NAV for all of Spectrumlabs. In-house development of CRM using application software VB 6.0 / .net MS-SQL cloud based system that connected between the website and salesmen out in the field. Running on 2012 server with a database built on MSSQL. Was given the role of project manager to select an ERP system to implement and change from the current system PointMan. Spent a whole year learning every part of the business to convert from PointMan to a new system by working with the VP of manufacturing, QC manager, VP of marketing, CFO, President, and CEO to understand every part of the business. Dynamics NAV Navision Financials, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Supply chain management, Distribution, and Inventory / Cost Control were just a few I worked on. Documented processes for each product from concept to retirement in departmental and overall business flow charts. Documented process inconsistencies, risk areas and opportunities for efficiencies and improvements. Managed development team to build TFF calculator app that works on Apple and Android devices. Worked with Finance to show savings the company would get back by implementing a new system. Built custom data packets that were sent out to each ERP vendor for scripted demos. Set budgets for hardware and software to support a global ERP implementation. On current PointMan implementation, built custom reports that feed out of PointMan to excel for financial department, sales, QC, and marketing using custom built code.
