Direct and maintain document control system as Document Control Administrator for facility. Serve as first point-of-contact for customer quality issues, managing all customer complaints and corrective action reports in collaboration with production department. Prepare corporate and facility quality reports. Lead HACCP program for the facility as required by Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000) food safety standards.
