Migration and Assembly building of structural components for Boeing Commercial Airplanes for 737, 747 & 777.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is trying to convert the existing product definition data from the veteran version Catia V4 to the new generation version Catia V5 and assemble them.

The Data will be migrated from the DIRECT database to ENOVIA LCA database and then Converted from V4 to V5 with all customer requirements.

Study of Inputs like Boeing Design Manuals (BDM), Boeing Conversion manuals (BCM), Catia V4/V5 Datasets.

Estimation of the package and providing the Expected Completion Dates for each package (ECD’s) to customer.

Creating drawings as per Boeing standards.

Performing the quality checks of the generated drawings.

Worked as per Boeing conversion standards and also created drawings for these parts. All this is done using ENOVIA LCA, KBE tools etc.

Worked on Casting and molding processes of SG Iron product and Ni-Hard product were created by undergoing through various processes in mold making, metal melting, metal pouring, heat treatment, sand blasting and finally testing were done using Universal and Impact testing machine.
