Managed newDiesel engine development and integration with IVECO Light and Heavy Duty trucks for L.A. Market. Coordinating projects since new engine BOM definition, physical and electronic integration with vehicle to performance / endurance / homologation tests, leading multidisciplinary teamwith strong leadership through the project.

Main achievements are:

Managed Euro V / Proconve P7 integration program, introducing new Engine family (from F1C to Cursor 13), validating both engine and after treatment systems, to attend new Brazilian Emission level on 2012.

Managed F1C / NEF6 CNG engine integration for BUS application / Venezuela Market.

Managed Cursor 9 engine militar version integration, for VBTP IVECO Defense application.

Managed FLEXENO Project, focusing production line standardization, machine workload balance and setup time reduction (improvement of 26%of equipment balanced utilization).
