Project Name: Universal In-Park (eApply-credit cards).

Testing: Functional testing, Integration Testing, Regression testing.

Project Description: Universal In-Park is an online credit card application form which has to be filled by the user to enable great optimization of the E-application experience and user can apply for different credit card products. Provide multiple options to partners to be able to connect via Amex based on channel and differing degrees of desired customization.

The overall strategic objective of the Project is to provide the ability to have interactivity with the customer during application process and to maximize instant approval rates as much as possible by leveraging partner data where applicable

Responsibilities:

Prepared Test plans, test scripts and test cases by understanding the business logic and user requirements.

Performed Smoke, Integration, Functional, Performance, Regression, and Backend testing.

Worked closely with UAT team for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

The Mezzanine Investment System satisfies the following objectives: Track Mezzanine investments through their lifecycle in the iPortal system producing specific reports for Management and the JPMorgan Real Estate group in general as a tool to monitor Mezzanine investments.

Responsibilities:

Preparing Test plan, test scripts and test cases by understanding the business logic and user requirements.

Project Description:

UBS's wealth management division offers high net worth individuals a range of advisory and investment products and services. The system offers UBS brokerage services and products as well as asset management and other investment advisory and portfolio management products and services.

Responsibilities:

Systems administration, maintenance and monitoring various day-to-day operations.

User and Group Administration – adding, modifying, removing according to UBS Standards.

Providing value added customer services by attending to customer queries and issues.

Monitoring of Event Engines and creating tickets for the alerts and coordinate with L3 Team.
