Foreman/Journeyman- O’Hare Parking Garage and Remote lots 06/96 – 12/15

Oversaw Million dollar projects for O’Hare International Airport parking garage and remote lots. Lead, taught and trained painters to achieve daily maintenance of parking lots, elevators, stairwells, interior/exterior and all other supplemental areas such as bathrooms, offices, and parking booths. We met monthly time restraints consistently. I partnered with executive level management to plan new larger projects and advised them of projects that should be started by season to ensure all projects met time restraints. Successfully managed yearly budgets for paint, supplies and payroll. In the 22 years of labor at this facility I was re-hired by three different companies because of my expertise of providing excellent work within budget restraints and great leadership to the crew of men that worked for me.

Responsible for various projects in multiple office buildings. Lead a team of eight men to perform drywall repair, brushing and airless spraying, and Conventional spraying. I interfaced with the general contractor and the owner, and was responsible for supply budget.
