~ Strategic Shift in Service Models: Influenced and led implementation of outsourced offshore IT support model for businesses unit that created an improved, efficient, fit-for-purpose model and over $1 Million in sustainable annual savings with transparent service level agreements and accountabilities.

~ Sustained Savings: Reduced IT-related baseline expenses by $600,000 (double target) in 2011, and subsequent sustainable annual savings of $850,000 by decommissioning underused applications and reducing service levels without adverse impact on business operations. ~ Risk Management: Assess risks and prepare contingency plans; when mission-critical application was outsourced to India, was prepared to rapidly shift service model to a two-tier triage system with business-critical issues being handled in US and non-critical activities handled in India.
