‘FOUR SIDE HACK SAW MACHINE USING DUAL SCOTCH MECHANISM’

This project we can operate four hack saw at a same time. The crank is connected to the motor shaft. That crank motion is transferred to four hacksaws. The angle between two hack saw is 900.The maximum power of motor is utilized in this system. There having used crank connecting mechanism. In that mechanism the rotary motion of crank is converted in to linear motion. That linear motion is used for hacksaw machine.

The guide rod is connected to hack saw machine. Which is used for guiding the hack saw frame. We can lift that frame after cutting. The vice is connected in this assembly. Hack saw blade-Blades of power hacksaws are graded according to the material they are made from and the number of teeth per inch. Top quality blades are manufactured from High Speed Steel
