Maintain the hygiene product form beginning to end of the production.

Sampling, testing and releasing of raw materials.

Mango ripening percentage checked and allow to production.

Before the production check the feeding section and addition of chlorine in washing tray with required PPM for safe treatment, mango cutting section hall and conveyer, pulp tank, holding tank and pipe lines cleaning are properly checked allow the production.

Aseptic filler samples and canning sample collecting for final inspection and keeping for shelf life.

Analyzing the various effects the disturbances might cause to factors

(Such as quality of product) of the plant system.

Check the filled product properly sealing in drum and above the drum pasted sticker having required information printed or not.

Products stored in ambient temperature in clean room.

Monitoring the CIP agent (Acid & Base) giving with proper strength and temperature.

Monitoring the CIP and COP.

Creating hygiene knowledge to workers (Using the hand gloves, apron, cut the fingernails and using the shoes) and Safety awareness creating in workers.

Documentation.

Update product information give to HOD.

Specific Assignment:

Log book verification, Interaction with Field engineers &Supervisor on day today issues.

Solving problems on day today basis by discussing with operation and Maintenance Team.

Checking Quality of products and corrective action if any deviation..

Daily production details collection, Report preparation & sending to HOD on Daily basis.
