Work Experience:-

1) Site Supervisor: – MN Engineering Works [Client: BHEL, Bhopal / Crompton Greaves, Mandideep] (MAY 15 – Present)

●Performed mathematical calculation, reading and interpret blueprints.

●Proficient knowledge of manual and CNC machines,

●Some knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning tolerance.

●Reading precision measuring instruments, which include micrometers, dial calipers, vernier callipers, depth vernier etc.

●Machining raw forgings to a finished specification for various customers

●Various types of alloys that are used in machining process

●Identified machine malfunctions and resolved them

●Removed and replaced dull cutting tools, maintained, and supervised shop safety requirements

2) Site Engineer– Universal Transformers [Client: BHEL, Bhopal, India]

(Feb 13 – May 15)

● Understand and verify the Electrical drawings and deduce a project plan in coordination with site in charge and other team members to accomplish following projects.

● Erection and Commissioning of 40 MVA, 11/170 KV Transformer.

● Erection and commissioning of 120 MVAR Capacitor bank.

●Commissioning of 245 KV, 2000 Amps, 3pole, SF6 Gas Insulated Circuit Breakers.

● Installation and commissioning of 145 KV 2500 Amps Current Transformers.

● Installation of 245 KV Solid core post insulators.

● Installation of 12KV, 2000 Amps 3 phases Isolators.

● HT cable laying and heat shrinkable termination of 132 KV 1000 sq mm XLPE cable outdoor end termination.

3) Site Engineer– Universal Transformers [Client: Proctor & Gamble (CSC Phase-II Crown Project), Bhopal, India] - (Feb 12 – Feb13)

●Installation of over head cable trays.

● Installation of electrical equipment such as junction boxes, power and control cables, Ethernet and OFC cables, cabling for various instruments, power distribution boards, and push button stations, change over switches for electric hoist and cable termination.

●Installation of lighting panels.

● Installation of light fittings, power points, emergency lights in the plant area.

●Installation of earth pits, laying of earth strips and other earthing related work.

4) Site Engineer– Power Builders [Gurunanakdev Thermal Power Plant,

Bhatinda, (Punjab) India] - (Jun 09 – Feb12)

●Understand mechanical drawings of Boiler equipment and working on

●Erection, commissioning, servicing and preventive maintenance of following Boiler equipment at 4x110 MW Thermal Power Plant at

Bhatinda (Punjab).

5) Graduate Apprentice [BHEL, Bhopal, India] - (May 08 – Jun09)

Qualifications: -

● Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering), Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal, India in 2007 - 4 year Course.

●12th from Raman Higher Secondary School, Bhopal.

●10th from St. Xavier Higher Secondary School, Bhopal.
