Project Area : Safety systems in Automobiles.

Project Title : Eye blink Buzzer sensors.

: A new technology to prevent accident, mostly

effective in night driving, driver`s drowsiness is

recognized as an important factor.

Operation : Basically the device consists of IR sensor,H-

Bridge and motor, buzzer or alarm. The eye blink

sensor continuosly monitor the movement of eye

it calculates eye blinking time is stored in

microcontroller, if eye closes for more than the

blinking time then it gives the driver an automatic

buzzer.

Main Project

Project Area : To reduce carbon content in fuel..

Project Title : Exhaust gas Recirculation.

Operation : This involves recirculating a controllable

proportion of engine`s exhaust gas back into the

intake air. A control valve is usually used to

control the flow of gas, it helps to burn the

unburnt hydrocarbons in the combustion

chamber.

TATA Marcopolo : Visited the TATA plant for commercial vehicles

in Dharwad and studied for various

bus body building and assembling procedures.

Kirloskar : Visited Kirloskar factory in Hubli and studied

about generators parts and its opearations.
