Monitor and maintains the PMI Processes for all real estate secured loans. Provide backup assistance to the
Special Loans Analyst I and II.
Request bills and remit payments to various PMI companies either by generating checks or via electronic tape
and wire. Update PMI information on the servicing system and utilize systems generated reports to identify any
PMI open items.
Perform monthly review to ensure Life of Loan Flood contracts exist on all residential mortgage loans and obtain
contracts as needed.

escrow premiums due for hazard, flood and windstorm policies either by generating checks, or mass billings via
wire. Processing of monthly remittance and refunds on all lenders placed policies and maintain system tracking
by contacting the agent when necessary to retrieve bills that are not received and update the servicing system
with current/re zoned flood determination information and process flood disputes.
Waive PMI when applicable as defined according to Investors/Regulatory Requirements and the departments
PMI guidelines and updating the servicing system accordingly and reviews system generated reports to identify
loans with LTV under 80%, and communicates with the customer and/or PMI companies to resolve any issues
involving MI.
