Lead developer/architect on a small team that developed and delivered an enterprise scale Content Management System and supporting web and mobile products hosted on a 100% cloud based AWS infrastructure. Mr. Marletto performed system analysis on an existing Oracle Forms application and delivered suggestions and a rapid response prototype using an object oriented PHP5 baseline. Mr. Marletto’s concept was accepted and he worked with a team to plan, design, and develop the Java, Spring, JQuery and Ajax legacy replacement.

Mr. Marletto’s first accomplishment at NGIC is a new IED vehicle damage reporting system for NGIC

(AA). This system gave the analysts new a well desired and needed web products which enables analyst supporting a vehicle safety initiative pertaining to menacing IED attack on armored vehicles. This web application enabled analysts to add and view armored vehicles, view the vehicle profile, pick attack location lat/lon, IED type, toggle vehicle views-- front, back, side profiles, top, and bottom, drag and drop resizable IED damage shapes representative of damage, add description of the vehicle damage, add special armor modifications effectiveness armor precautions specific to IED/Vehicle attack, and finally save it all to an Oracle database capable of query by IED, vehicle, location, date, damage in aggregate and display a graphic representation of the results. The final product allowed us to answer commander’s questions in theater as to what IEDs were being used in their location, what vehicles had the best survival effectiveness, and what armor countermeasures we recommend for their particular mission. Mr. Marletto is a charter member of FBI/TSC’s TSDB. TSC/TSDB is a functional Java Spring Oracle Web application that is a 24/7 enterprise application that is used to screen every air passenger traveling by air with 24/7 coverage. 120 second max inquiry response time limits and redress capabilities.

As Lead UI developer he specialized in developing rich, customizable, attractive, cutting edge, functional and efficient interfaces for this enterprise scale project. Mr. Marletto Co-led a team of 10, working around the clock for sixty days to completely r in time for a predetermined public launch date. The effort required major design changes, collaboration enhancements. He briefed client senior executives on design ideas and project status. Mr. Marletto worked hands on actively on every aspect of this application. Personally wrote the code that enabled designated outside users from outside the customer controlled domain to post documents across agencies and be ingested in a time sensitive manner directly on the approved infrastructure. Mr Marletto assisted in securing feature like the above utilizing lightweight directory access protocol via X509 certificate to lock down these document by group or even individuals.
