As Director of Emergency Services, I researched-developed-implemented policies-procedures-advanced programs for Tribal Police-Fire-EMT-Security. Researched-wrote-submitted federal grants for funding of tribal programs; developed and implemented Tribal Public Safety Patrol Training for Armed Tribal Patrols on reservation, many of the programs I worked on for Tribal Public Safety are still in use today;

Ship to Shore Orestes Supervisor 32 Subordinates, responsible for all voice, encrypted & telegraph communications to and from the United States Navy 7th Fleet Units in the South China Sea, Sea of Japan and Pacific Ocean West of Hawaii ranging from Unclassified to Top Secret and above classifications. Maintained accurate written records for all aspects of operations of the Orestes Division.
