- Was a Mediator between the U.S Navy, Newport News Shipyard, and Contractors, to limit conflicts with time management, and safety. Due to my efforts I was able to make the average 4 day rehabilitation last 2 days increasing effectiveness by 100%, and cost to the Navy for the hourly contract workers was cut by 50%.
