Front Office services: Managing PTCL, PABX, Visitor handling, CCTV, Asset moving & shifting, PA System & Fire Alarm Systems
Time Management System: Monthly attendance records & Operation of Access Control systems

Contract Administrator for service providers: Implement policies, procedures, tools and techniques necessary to ensure that contractors perform to the required level of safety, quality and timeliness

Asset Management: Receiving, tagging, shifting/ Gate pass

Audits: Participate in local audits relating to SHE & Safety
Coordination with Pioneer personnel for FSRE matters
Maximize departmental productivity through the implementation of procedures, work processes & control permits and individual performance reviews
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures relating to Safety & Security, Asset Management, or other policies controlled by FS&RE
Motivate, Advice, Coach and Develop subordinates to produce a customer and result focused team
Ensure 100% Compliance with DuPont’s and Customers' Code of conduct, Regulations, Procedures and EHS rules on site
Budget Holder: Prepare and control the FS&RE operational cost including Security and Capital Expenditure budget forecasts, Data base reports, Score card, Cost center reporting, Analytical tool & Regional Continuous Improvement projects.
Real Estate:
Rent Agreements: Communication with Land lord for space needs
Real Estate: Bringing together with Sourcing for searching new location, Site selection for site for office & Warehouse
Real Estate: Managing day to day issues of Office Rental issued for all Sites
Contract making: Management with sourcing for contract making
Security & SHE: Coordination with security and SHE for their audits, assessments and clearance processes for sites
Construction, Renovation & Site infrastructure modification: Space planning & Allocation, Layout, furniture & fittings to ensure corporate & business requirements are met
