Work Space: Manage workplace services for DuPont Pakistan Sites according to customer requirements at competitive costs and quality to maintain efficient operations

Front Office services: Managing PTCL, PABX, Visitor handling, CCTV, Asset moving & shifting, PA System & Fire Alarm Systems

Time Management System: Monthly attendance records & Operation of Access Control systems

Conference Room facility: Furniture fixture, multimedia, television, DVD recording facility, Polycom telephone facilities

Equipment room facility: Photocopier, Printing, paper shredder, office stationary supplies

Pantry/ Lunch area facility: Pantry supplies, crockery, Microwave

Utility services: Managing Power Supplies & Miscellaneous Bills

FSRE Stores: Checking/Inventory, Record Maintenance & Warehousing

Pool car: For all employees, Manage Company Vehicle data, transfer claims.

Vehicle fleet: Registration, taxation, vehicle incidents/mishaps & maintenance

Telephone/Cell phone management: New lines, transfers & new applications

Security: C-Track system, Company ID cards, Auditors, Visitor card, Emergency Plans & Local Evacuation Plan / Bomb threat, Employees security awareness orientation /training

Services:

Contract Administrator for service providers: Implement policies, procedures, tools and techniques necessary to ensure that contractors perform to the required level of safety, quality and timeliness

Building/Office Repair & Maintenance: Civil work, lightening, A/C, Furniture fixture, Interior decoration, Air ducting system, carpeting, tiling & Housekeeping services

Asset Management: Receiving, tagging, shifting/ Gate pass

Record Management: Implementation of CRIM Policy, Spring cleaning

Security Services: CCTV, guards staff management, reception security, Emergency notifications, I’m Okay process, Physical security for sites, lock & key controls

Legal cases: Coordination with Security for legal & criminal vehicle cases

Travel / Visitor security: Managing with guidelines, arrangements & rent a car/pool car services

Manage contractors & contract relating to service provision, Real Estate and Security services

Surveys: Regular surveys of customer satisfaction conducted to identify potential areas for improvement

Budget Holder & Approver: Prepare and control the FS&RE operational including Security and CapEx budget forecasts, Data base reports, Score card, Cost center reporting, Analytical tool & CI projects.

Audits: Participate in local audits relating to SHE & Safety

Coordination with Pioneer personnel for FSRE matters

Maximize departmental productivity through the implementation of procedures, work processes & control permits and individual performance reviews

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures relating to Safety & Security, Asset Management, or other policies controlled by FS&RE

Motivate, Advice, Coach and Develop subordinates to produce a customer and result focused team

Ensure 100% Compliance with DuPont’s and Customers' Code of conduct, Regulations, Procedures and EHS rules on site

Budget Holder: Prepare and control the FS&RE operational cost including Security and Capital Expenditure budget forecasts, Data base reports, Score card, Cost center reporting, Analytical tool & Regional Continuous Improvement projects.

Real Estate:

Rent Agreements: Communication with Land lord for space needs

Real Estate: Bringing together with Sourcing for searching new location, Site selection for site for office & Warehouse

Real Estate: Managing day to day issues of Office Rental issued for all Sites

Contract making: Management with sourcing for contract making

Security & SHE: Coordination with security and SHE for their audits, assessments and clearance processes for sites

Construction, Renovation & Site infrastructure modification: Space planning & Allocation, Layout, furniture & fittings to ensure corporate & business requirements are met

Landlord Coordination: Interaction with Landlord on issues relating to DuPont occupancy of existing premises
