Mansoura Emergency Hospital

Emergency Hospital is one of multi-centers of Mansoura University Hospitals, situated in Mansoura City in dakahlia province of ARE. University stuff with M.D. degrees carry out a full administrative management. With clinical load across various ER rooms in four days/week. About 205508/years i.e.: 1070/day. Of witch about 45% has acute illness, only about 14.02% (150 patients/day) for admission.

It is a university hospital providing a full range of specialty including all variety of general medicine, neuro, neuro-surgery, chest, nephrology, urology, orthopedic, ENT, maxillofacial, plastic, vascular, gastroenterology, cardio- thoracic& general surgery and toxicology center. With high level of sophisticated diagnostic facilities. It is a referral hospital receives all cases with major, undiagnosed or failed treated patients from all province of ARE. Previously, I employed as ICU physician with effect from 11/9/1995. Then, employee as ICU specialist (associated lecturer) in a full time capacity till 2005 then as ICU consultant till present.

Lastly, as university lecturer, charge and coordinator. Responsible for resuscitation, patient’s stabilization and management of critical ill patient, guiding ICU physician in their diagnosis, decision and education, director of ER department during my working hours, arranging between various medical stuff & solving medical and non medical problems.
