TTM Technologies is a printed circuit board contract manufacturer with 26 plants throughout the world supporting a wide customer base from Aerospace / Defense to Computing and Cellular markets.

Director, Quality Assurance (Sept 2016 - Present)

Responsible for quality oversite for all CT sites. This includes printed circuit fabrication, assembly, and machining of metal boxes. Oversite includes Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, Calibration, and Test Labs supporting Production and Shipment with three direct report Quality Managers.

Quality Management Representative for AS9100 / ISO9001, NADCAP and MIL-PRF-31032.

Reduced factory RMA by 30%, via practical problem solving, waste elimination, 5 why’s and 8D models, FMEA, Rapid Problem Solving projects and lean initiatives.

Established operator engagement on returned product by creating weekly reporting supported by QE team.

Developed automated AVL to monitor supplier approvals

Managed bi-weekly MBF to review all quality metrics for assigning projects to address high drivers of defects, scrap and waste and report to corporate.
