Project & Assignment Description: The Client was the biggest non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing company in the world. It had more than 400 bottling units in North America itself. The client was using SAP since the launch of SAP itself and had SAP WM implemented in 6 of the distribution plants. Client's complete SCM was a custom solution designed to improve efficiency and reduce cost. The AMS project was focused on providing support to the SAP applications of the client.

Responsibilities: As the offshore Lead and primary POC for the KT transition from previous support vendor, my task was to ensure the complete Supply Chain transition to Accenture and make the team ready for taking over all the support activity of SCM area. Also representing the AMS SCM team from Accenture during P1 and P2 bridge calls and driving it to closure with regular updates to the business stack holders. Offshore role:

The primary point of contact of all AMS SCM issues from offshore. Ensuring the team SLA are in Green with more than 99% of ticket closure in SLA times since June 2016. Carrying out root cause analysis for long pending problem tickets which were passed on to Accenture support by previous vendor.

Identified two bugs in the business design as part of support and suggested correction code fix. Solely working on complex issues because of the prior experience in the client landscape. Onshore role:

Worked as the Business Process Designer in the SAP WM Functional area to Coordinate for the cloud migration and stabilization project of the clients SAP landscape. Responsibilities: As a SAP WM functional consultant at offshore, the primary task was to provide the functional guidance to the development team during the build phase of the custom objects, create UTP test scripts and perform the functional unit test, Integration test, support users in UAT, production cut-over tasks and warranty support. Deployed Voice Picking application in 12 plants for the North America division of the client. Upgraded the Voice Picking application for 79 plants of the NA division of the client. Deployed the Automation Warehousing solution in 3 plants having 2 interfaces with SAP. Worked on the implementation for SAP PM in three new plants of the client for automation palatalization system.

Worked on the development of a new interface with latest Mulesoft system for forklift efficiency improvement project of the client.

Project: SAP Technical Upgrade

Project & Assignment Description: The client was one of the major medical device manufacturing company based out in USA. The ERP of the client comprised of a complex architecture with manufacturing and distribution plants spread across the globe. Each plant has a different process in place for sales and distribution and logistics. The client was technically upgrading the SAP ERP 4.7 to SAP ECC 6. Responsibilities: Worked as the only SAP WM functional consultant at offshore in the complete SAP Upgrade project with no formal transition of knowledge of business process from client. Proactively learnt the business functionalities and guided the testing teams in validation the new ECC environment. Worked on the client's relatively new business process of labeling which went live in Dec 2013 only in WM managed plants and took the responsibility to automate it. Recorded 100 business processes including put-away, picking, STO and RF transactions for automation testing using WORKSOFT CERTIFY tool.

Installed a third party WMS software Wavetrak which is used to generate HU number in the client's ERP and its behavior in the new ECC system was tested.

Encountered two existing issues related to a custom put away t-code when serialized product was used and provided analysis for it.

Provided test data to the automation and manual testing test for Supply Chain scripts related to STO, RF transactions, customized picking t-code used in non- WM managed plants. Prepared User Training documents for the various custom t-codes used for creating STO between the different plants.

Project & Assignment Description: The project was an application and service outsourcing project with more than 700 IT applications of client around the globe. ATLAS is one of the application in this projects which deals with supply and logistics of spare parts which were shipped across globally. The ATLAS WM team was responsible for the issues faced in the WM area of the clients distribution warehouses in USA and Europe. 1) Monitored and reprocessed failed idocs of the critical inbound interface including the ASN idocs and vendor invoices after taking appropriate action as per the Client approved solution. 2) Analysis of repetitive issue of unpacked HU in an Intercompany STO which was caused because of different Inco terms in the POs and proposed permanent resolution via code changes. 3) As part of maintenance task, defined and configured a new storage type in the existing warehouse. 4) Proactively prepared error resolution documents for different errors of ASN idocs, virtual warehouse processes and critical issues (high priority issues) and got a sign off from client BAs. 5) Transferring knowledge to new resources in the team on the WM business workflow. 6) Addressing User queries raised for inbound deliveries, HUs, Outbound deliveries and shipments. 7) Worked in the EWM support for 4 months after Go-Live in June 2013. 8) Active participation in all the non project events organized throughout the year. Organized the SAP Tower team outing in Jan 2013 attended by 60 members. Solely conducted two big events (Cricket matches and Mindsweep) in the outing.
