Managed every aspect of design, planning, scheduling and construction of the Santa Fe Hotel, a 64,000 square foot business class hotel for the Villa Group.

Designed and built all roadways, electrical infrastructure, communications infrastructure and water supplies for the Villa Del Palmar Resort, Loreto.

Worked with Reese Jones Architects for the design of an 18 hole professional golf course.

Developed new texture formulas saving the company over $2,000,000 usd on the project

Worked with multiple engineers, architects, FPL and Bell South managers, in house land planner and vertical project manager on new projects on the foundation and telecommunications design for a “Town Center” development, townhome and condo development for a total of 3,500 residential units including low rise, 5-6 story mid-rise and a 13 story high rise office building.
