• Project Executive leading development and construction teams through permitting, design, procurement and construction of a portfolio of solar photovoltaic projects. Portfolio included large assemblages, ground mounted systems, landfill projects, a carport project, garage and rooftop projects.

• Negotiated ground leases and PPAs, easements with landowners and utilities, PILOTS with Municipalities, and managed the entitlement process.

• Owner’s Representative for the City of Revere and the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority for the permitting, design, procurement and construction of a $50M parking garage at Wonderland Station in Revere MA. o Negotiated and managed relocation of Aerial Utilities adjoining length of project along Route 1A, including two new signalized intersections, and the relocation of two 23KV feeders into a new dedicated 12-way concrete ductbank beneath the new parking garage. Relocations involved extensive legal agreements and exchange of property rights within a tight time frame to support overall schedule and funding constraints. • Managed the development of over 1.5M square feet of commercial, residential and institutional space. Implemented rigorous project controls and metrics that resulted in a reduction of in and out-of-scope hard and soft costs.
