Accomplishments as Senior Business Analyst – Project Manager at Wyndham Worldwide –

oLed a Tangoe Inc. project resulting in a seamless, automated interface between a telecom provider’s billing and WVO’s ERP PeopleSoft and Oracle AP systems by designing a hands off scheduled interface that is virtually self sufficient. Designed with Finance and IT, then tested and implemented the finished product. Eliminating inefficacies and almost all manual effort, using a Scrum, Agile project methodology.

oManaged, Designed and Implemented a SharePoint based Invoice, Supplier entry tool with approval Workflow and backup image storage used by several thousand WVO and WWC associates. This saved $300K plus in reduced image and hardcopy storage costs. This was also an Agile methodology project.

oImplemented and managed Bank of America’s PayMode ACH and ePay vendor payment programs, reducing the cost of paper checks from $4.00 to $.45 each, for a yearly savings of 2.5M in printing expenses. As well as promoting the corporate “Green” initiate.

oKey contributor to the implementation of the CONCUR expense tool, with vendor selection, configuration, testing, training, issue resolution and customer support, eliminating a paper based inefficient T&E process. Saving two fulltime coordinators efforts of data entry and auditing at a yearly savings of $180K. Ongoing production support analyst with admin level system access, with a total of four plus years of experience as the companies Concur subject matter expert.

oImplemented a team of India offshore data processing resources that process PeopleSoft and Oracle Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations. Reducing corporate data entry costs of over $200K annually.
