The inception of PEFL dates back to 1989 when the first plant was established to manufacture Axel tube, Semi machined blank pinion. The group has grown leaps and bonus also adding continuously on. P.E.F.L. has achieved many milestones and is today one of the preferred supplier of Engine & transmission component like Semi machined bevel pinion,Semi machined side gear,Transmission drive shaft,Spindle pin, Satellite. Another milestone achieved is signing Joint venture with M/S CARRARO IND.( MINI GEAR) Italy for manufacture Semi machined side gear & satellite, Hypoid Pinion for Mahindra & Mahindra (Auto Division & Tractor division).

JOB PROFILE/RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for Inprocess Quality Patrolling Inspection.

Responsible for control of non conforming products.

Responsible for taking Corrective & preventive Actions to prevent the complaints on assembly lines.

Implementation of Kaizen & Poka-Yoke in manufacturing line.

Preparing Inhouse Rejection PPM trend and take action accordingly to achieve the target PPM..

Handling the process quality document SOP, WI, Internal Audit.

Knowledge of “7-QC TOOLS“[Solving the problem by using 7QC TOOLS .

Responsible For TS 16494(9001-2008)document Structure

Responsible for all quality releted issue in Development Part.

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE:

Strong Knowledge and skills of Forging part measurements & Good analytical ability.

Very good Understanding of Manufacturing processes and assembly process..

Good communication

Open minded, mainly open to adjust to changing work environment

COMPUTER PROFICIENCIES:
