As a Sr. Business Analyst, my work profile has given me the opportunity to work in functional, technical and projects management disciplines simultaneously in all iteration life cycles. I supported my team as Test Lead and System Analyst. In compliance with Xerox’s ISO-20000 certification, I also involved in streamlining processes and workflows and have worked with the Quality team in implementing these metrics and documentations.
Project: In-house Cobra implementation
A law, the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act. It protects you and your family if you lose your employer-sponsored health benefits. If you qualify for COBRA coverage, then you have the option of continuing your employer-sponsored health plan for a limited period of time.
In-house COBRA project is the implementation of cobra in ACS as previously this process was outsourced, I was involved the baseline writing for the rules and the baseline test plans for the cobra implementation, which were to be further used by the ongoing clients.

Project: Life At Work Portal
This project was to test the functionality of life at work portal as per the new client requirement. Handled team size of 15.This portal helps employees to enroll for their annual benefits for health and welfare domain.

Learning and Responsibilities:-
•Implementation of the HRO Benefits Website, In-house Cobra process for Xerox clients.
•Create & Review Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test Cases.

•Analysis - Provides service specific expertise for Data, Foundation, and system analysis to create comprehensive analysis specifications, and incorporate recommended updates to analysis based on review

Description : Your Benefit Resources (YBR) is a website available to the employees of U.S clients to administrate and monitor their benefits. Hewitt follows a change management concept and adds new plans and incorporate changes into flex product provided to its client. In every renewal we enhance our product functionality and adjust changes requested by the client. During renewal programs, Clients provides various benefits to its employees like Health Insurance Plans, Medical Plans, Pension Related plans etc. Out of these different plans an employee has to elect some suitable plans as per his need using Your Benefit Resource (YBR) website.
Learning and Responsibilities:-
•Testing is done according to the DTS to ensure all the links of the web page are working fine as expected and are routing to the correct page and Proper, desired texts, links are available on necessary pages as per the requirements.
•To better debug and document any behind the scene error or abend using the tools available in case a specific link is not working as expected.
•The project involves testing of the changes made to this YBR Website during renewal process and also to make sure that the overall functionality of the website is not affected by these changes
