Solely responsible for planning and implementing effective sales strategies:

Conducting market research and competitor analysis to ensure Cavo Tagoo’s competitive position in Mykonos Implementing revenue generating strategies in conjunction with the General Manager

Expanding hotel’s supplier market to Tour operators and Travel agents

Nationality business mix analysis to identify new prospective clients

Managing all advertising channels (website content, social media and partners/vendors across internet sites). Managing seasons rate policy with the General Manager:

Yield Management

Monitoring availability (applying minimum stay restrictions and stops sales)

Monitoring invoices in order to secure hotel revenue

Analysis of incoming business in order to achieve higher average daily rate (ADR). As a result our ADR was gradually increased every year.

Dealing with VIP guest complaints

Building long lasting relationships with VIP guest to ensure they return to Cavo Tagoo and recommend the hotel to their family and friends.
