Acted as the internal Procurement Lead on a team of project managers, architects, and designers for sourcing initiatives focused on building and outfitting of a new corporate headquarters. o Projects included: sourcing 11 floors of furniture, 22-foot corporate signage for the exterior of the building, 11 floors of audio visual equipment, a food service provider, and various other building-specific purchases.

Lead a cross functional team of information technology procurement professionals to assess and optimize the IT spend portfolio resulting in transformational sourcing projects, including telephony transfer to a UCaaS solution, coterminous global MPS, regional mobile phone policy shifts, and roadmap to cloud. o Manage strategic vendor relationships to ensure delivery of value and savings to internal stakeholders.
