PROGRAM MANAGER October 2008 - Present

SalientCRGT, Inc. – C4US Business Unit (formerly CIBER Federal) My extensive background in P&L management and budget control enabled me to move into the federal defense contracting industry in 2008. Currently manage a multi-million dollar telecom contract for the United States Army Reserve Command. Supervise personnel in support telecom services for over 959 Army Reserve sites. As the Program Control Officer for the division, I supported and managed the financial and administrative requirements for an annual $55 million dollar budget on all government contracts within the division. I developed annual budgets, forecasts, estimates-to-complete and estimates at completion to meet contractual requirements for over 50 government contracts to include Army, Navy, NASA, Social Security, and USDA that are managed by the Defense Solutions division.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of the project to include full life cycle program/project management activities

(initiating/planning/executing/monitoring and controlling/closing). Execute operational and deliverable requirements, create status reports/briefings, and manage personnel while adhering to project baselines (i.e. budget/schedule/scope/quality)

United Financial Mortgage Corporation /Family America Mortgage I was hired to establish a regional operations center in the Atlanta market for this publicly traded (NASDAQ) national mortgage bank. Responsible for hiring, training, and managing a 25+ person sales force throughout Georgia, Alabama and Florida. Managed in-house processing support for the sales force offering FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and sub-prime mortgage products.

Developed highly successful referral relationships with local realtors, builders, banks, and credit unions.

Conducted daily outside sales visits to establish B2B channels of business around the metro Atlanta area and surrounding counties.

Established in-house loan officer sales training program and manuals.

Global Home Loans & Finance

I was recruited by this national privately owned mortgage broker located on Long Island, New York, to assist in their conversion from a mortgage broker to a mortgage banking operation. I managed the day to day operation of a 100+ loan officer inbound/outbound call center, in addition to 25 branch locations throughout the northeast. Increased total mortgage production from $18 million to over $30 million per month.

Responsible for all recruiting, hiring, training and production of sales division.

Built call center sales force from 30 loan officers to over 100 loan officers within 6 months.

Supervised and trained 5 internal sales managers and 25 external branch managers.

Responsible for developing and implementing all departmental budgets, and operational policies and procedures. VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS September 2000 – November 2002 America’s Mortgage Center/4ADream.com

I was hired to build and manage a national mortgage sales platform servicing 35 states for a start-up Dot.com company in Seattle, Washington. 4ADream.com purchased Washington Mortgage Services in 1999, and converted the platform from a traditional mortgage lender to a Dot.com based originator. I built and managed a 45+ loan officer call center in Seattle, and developed a national “virtual office” outside sales platform consisting of over 150 sales representatives throughout the country.

Recruited, hired and trained all sales personnel. Designed and implemented all policies and procedures associated within sales division.

Successfully secured buyer for virtual office sales platform by Accent Mortgage Services in July 2002 when parent company, 4-ADream.com shut down due to negative Dot.com market. Served as National Sales Director for Accent Mortgage during the transition.

REGION VICE PRESIDENT August 1999 – July 2000

New Century Mortgage Corporation

I was recruited by a former colleague to manage the Midwest Region that consisted of branches in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Kentucky. I supervised 8 branches and over 45 personnel, averaging over $9.1 million in volume per month. After six months, I was given a larger region based in the Southeast that consisted of 14 sales locations in Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee, producing an average of $12.0 million in volume per month.

Directly supervised over 80 sales personnel and increased sales from $4.4 million to $7.8 million in less than 60 days of taking over Southeast region.

Traveled to Chicago one week per month to assist in the underwriting, closing and funding operations in the centralized operations center.

PRESIDENT May 1998 – June 1999

New Castle Mortgage Corporation

I co-founded this mortgage company and designed a detailed business plan to launch and manage a national mortgage bank through a national call center located in Atlanta, Georgia. Attracted investors and conducted 3 month road show presenting business plan and proposed operational structure. Secured funding and sold company to a privately owned holding company to compliment their existing national lending platforms in 35 states. Management team was retained by parent company to manage the day to day operations and sales production.

Directed production to over $8.0 million in volume within first 90 days of operation.

Secured operating facilities, established company credit lines and warehouse accounts. Hired and trained all sales personnel and support staff.

Company was merged into parent company First Colorado Mortgage in June 1999. VICE PRESIDENT – RETAIL LENDNG DIVISON July 1997 – April 1998 MEGO Mortgage Corporation

I was hired to build a national sales call center and retail branch network for this publicly traded (NASDAQ) mortgage bank to compliment the company’s existing wholesale and dealer divisions in Atlanta. Developed and implemented a business plan to originate, underwrite, and fund sub-prime and high LTV second mortgages mortgage products in 43 states.

Established operating policies and procedures and coordinated the implementation of all new procedures into the existing operational structure of the company.

Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising 51 sales and operational personnel within the call center and opening 5 satellite branch offices. Division produced over $13.0 million in volume within 60 days. VICE PRESIDENT–MID-ATLANTIC TERRITORY September 1988 – July 1997 Transamerica Financial Services

I was responsible for the management and supervision of a 39 branch territory with offices located in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina and Kentucky. Developed and implemented overall operational policies, objectives, profit plans and referral strategies for a $280 million dollar real estate and consumer loan portfolio. Prior to this assignment, I served as AREA MANAGER – U.K. Operations in London, England from October 1995 – October 1996. I directed all management and administrative functions related to the operation of a 13 branch network in the United Kingdom. Tasked with implementing a branch expansion program to locate, open and operate 50 branch offices throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

Served as DISTRICT MANAGER in Georgia from July 1992 – September 1995. Managed 14 branches.

Responsible for increasing district profits from $1.2 million in 1991 to $3.3 million in 1994, representing an increase of over 260%.
