After finishing my Associate’s degree I started an Intern job with help desk duties. I have been responsible for upgrading the company computers to Windows 10 and Microsoft Office as well to the 2013 version. I am entrusted with access to sensitive information and materials. I work in tandem with the IT team helping troubleshoot PC problems, telephone networking issues and installing software and hardware.
