Responsible for 13 facilities and distribution locations. After merger and consolidation the business units were 5 in NA.

Project leader for the merging of 5 business units within a 13 month window. Accomplished under budget and ahead of deadline.

After merger/consolidations-- Net profit improved from $110K to $489K per month

Responsible for Lincolnton, NC facility in beginning of employment. This was the largest plant within CPI organization.

Captured $120K production variances and within 3 months corrected to reflect favorable on P&L.

Responsible for managing the manufacturing operations for entire organization.

Implemented a program to allow manufacturing rep to make sales calls on a monthly/quarterly basis to our tier 1 suppliers. This made a huge improvement in our growth.

Responsible for over 280 employees.

Started Safety program on day one.

Responsible for holding vendors accountable within our procurement of all raw materials. Established reports for on time and complete shipments. Direction given to vendors for reports on a monthly basis for accuracy.

Traveled to facilities to establish and give direction to all facets of supply chain management for continuous flow of operations.

Established a close monitoring of operations utilizing an ERP system. Trained plant managers on how, what, and when to produce reports.

The last year and half of my employment I was on road making sales calls and growing business. Within the first month I doubled our sales with one account of 7MM per year of sales.

Plant floor consisted of: Extruders (PTI, Battenfeld, Davis-Standard), laminators (company designed), film laminators, die presses, pelletizers, boilers, pullers and grinders.

Products consisted of: polyethylene foam, inter-foam, I-plank, extruded profiles and recycled foam products.

Created four products with two being patented. Industry was Recreation, Animal, Furniture, Windmill construction.– Revenue of $4MM

Responsible for three projects that doubled total sales for the company.

Responsible for managing the manufacturing operation, while meeting the financial goals set by the board of directors.
