WORK EXPERIENCE

St John Community, Mars, PA

Director of Facility Management- 8/2016-Present

Oversee campus consisting of skilled nursing, personal care, dementia units and independent living. Over 400 beds. Oversee a staff of 10 employees and a budget exceeding 2 million. Implemented new policy and procedures to better care for our residents and staff. Implemented a new safety and security program. Safety officer for the organization.

MedExpress Urgent Care, Canonsburg, PA

Director of Facilities- 5/2012-8/2016

Oversee 187 properties (over 1 million sq ft) in 19 states and 10 full time Facility Supervisors. Implemented a ticketing system to track work orders, supplies and track pm’s. Safety Officer for the Facilities Team. Prepare and execute annual capital and operating budgets (3 and 5 million dollars) schedule and manage expenditures including vendor contracts and preventative maintenance contracts. Manage fleet vehicles (50 plus). Project management including quotes, bids, vendor selection and management, punch lists. Work with all departments including: procurement, risk, finance, operations and construction/real estate.

Oversee a 63,000 sq ft building and grounds at Southpointe. Work with tenants and vendors on daily basis to make sure building is in excellent operating condition. Work with prospective tenants in leasing space at the building. Executed leases with 3 major corporations.

Manage 13 employees and over 400 acres on a daily basis overseeing their daily operations on the various projects taking place on the property. Company Safety Officer. Maintain daily reports and hours, order materials and coordinate construction project and plans. Weekly meetings with the CEO to implement any changes or additions to projects and plans.

Manage the construction and day to day operations of a $1,000,000 hydroponic farm. Supervise 7 employees. Maintain all books, projects, and sales, ordering and processing of products. Oversee the hiring and retention of all employees.
