Accurately inputting an average of 180 inbound loads and 150 outbound trailers into the system on a daily basis. Ensuring that all bills and documentation for outgoing trailers is completed accurately and providing hazmat placard if needed. Responsible for building security and loss prevention.

October, 2002 to Present: Dispatcher- Responsible for scheduling incoming deliveries of over 180 trailers daily and providing them with appointment numbers, dates and times. Also responsible for assigning trailers to the correct dock doors and signing their paper work accurately when completed. Responsible for reporting any damages, shortages or overages to home office in a prompt manner to ensure proper payment of the bill.
