*** ********* ****** *******, ******** 49203 2008-to present As the Founder and Senior Pastor I am involved in training, developing programs reaching the community, oversight of twenty Departments.

THE DREAM CENTER OF JACKSON

730 Tomlinson Street Jackson, Michigan 49203 2010-to present I am the Director and Founder of, “The Dream Center of Jackson.” This Non-Profit, Non-Religious Organization was founded on the principles of establishing resources providing ongoing services to low income neighborhoods.

The 30,000 sq. complex services the City of Jackson in supporting the community from giving 5,000 families yearly the opportunity to experience Christmas and training teen’s Character Skills.

HOME DEPOT 1750 US Highway 1 Saint Augustine, Florida 2003-2008 I managed the service desk and was only 5 out of 200 employees that understood and implemented the computers systems of the 100,000 sq. ft. complex. My roles including training other associates in several departments as well as resolving and troubling customer complaints and orders ranging from $30,000 to $60,000.

TSA (TRANSPERTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION) Daytona Beach International Airport 700 Catalina Dr. Daytona Beach, Florida 2001-2003 As a screener for TSA I was also a part of the taskforce with mandates from then President Bush assuring all airport within the United States regulated by Federal Guidelines. This entailed traveling to many states training screeners, supervisors, and screening managers.

COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP

Over the past thirty-five years I have established Non-Profit organizations with the needed skill sets by developing programs successful in assisting communities with resources vital to the growing needs of low income families. Advising organizations of inter structures necessary for their goal sets. Communication within these institutions has proven to be my greatest strengths bridging the means by which differing visions and ideologies can function cohesively.

My skills of Leadership have created opportunities to instruct, create and establish greater perspectives for a better outcome. Working side by side with those having opposing views while focusing on a common denominator.
