Objective

The main objective of my work is to spread the knowledge and the technique of performing Yoga Practices for attaining and maintaining positive health and personality development irrespective of any caste, creed, age, gender or religion.

I have conducted yoga workshop at many places like Anupam kher’s acting Studio (for young actors), Manav Seva Sangh NGO for girls (Sion), and many more.

Taking class at National stock exchange (NSE).

I had done my internship with Yoga Vidya Niketan at Ruia College, Matunga.

I have more than 8 Years of professional experience in personal training and in conducting group sessions.
