Working with the driver and other departments to resolve issues/problems to ensure driver retention.

Maintains the driver database with hire dates and family birthdays.

Answers all break messages requiring calling NTTS breakdowns in immediate reply.

Answers all messages when signing onto the computer at beginning of each shift.

Completion of the Operations Shift Communication Sheet. Includes details to ensure that the Night Dispatcher can carry out his/her tasks.

Works with the planning department to ensure driver is getting sufficient miles.
