Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility of store department (raw, general maintenance & packing material).
Ensure to raise the purchase requisition in right quantity & as per schedule/company norms.
Maintain inventory level for all Raw/Packing & miscellaneous items.
Prepare all job work records and update excise records upper strap/sandal/Eva sole job work.
Responsible for timely disposal or sale of all type of scrap, like: Eva Runner, Iron, Wooden, Plastic, Mix Granules Empty Drums, Cans, Mix Scrap, etc.
Arrangement to purchase miscellaneous items from local market.
Follow up for Diesel Supply from local vendors as per requirement from time to time.
Passing and forward all material bills to account department after verification of all supporting documents and quality testing report.
Raise the bills for Job Work (Done by Unit) and Scrap Sale.
Prepare schedule for packing material and ensure supply as per requirement.
Ensure that only suitable or Q.C. passed material should be issued to production and other dept.
Responsible for prepare and send monthly inventory to purchase and a/c dept.
Random checking of all receipt and issued material on daily basis.
Look after all store activity like: making roaster for worker & staff members, direct calling for material.
Handling all the projects like asset purchase, maintenance work, arranging festival gifts etc.
Reporting all incoming discrepancies or damages. Co-coordinating with freight forwarder on matters of incoming and outgoing shipments and related documentation.
Co-ordinating with insurance companies on claims made for stock damaged in transit.
Ensuring that all issues are in first-class condition and suitable for use for which purchased, and in accordance with the appropriate invoice that is acknowledged by payment or authorized signature.
Controls parts transfers from and to other branches.
Creates parts location in the warehouse in co-ordination with warehouse personnel.
Ensure state of cleanliness of the warehouse, shelving, stock, machinery and equipment.
Checks and reports the status of warehouse machinery, equipment and vehicles.
Ensuring that the stock is kept secure and guard against unauthorized withdrawal.
Maintenance and permanent accuracy of the location system.
Allocate workload to warehouse personnel.
Overall responsibility of store department.
