Duties & Responsibilities

Develop production cycle and processes in coordination with NPD.

Supervise the work on the shop floor concerning Food safety & Health Safety Aspects.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse manager for ensuring continuous supply of raw materials and finished goods.

Ensure hygiene and sanitation is maintained at all stages.

Ensure production is able to meet the demand targets.

Minimize wastage by ensuring that product is properly handled and stored at all stages.

Setting up of new projects meeting the production requirement & targets.

Responsible for design. implement & maintain the documents associated with international standards like ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, HACCP IS 343:2000, ISO 22000:2005, FSSC 22000:2011 & HALAL.

Responsible for planning, coordination & execution of Internal / External Audits & Management Review Meetings.

Responsible for timely submission of compliance report for external / internal audit findings.

Preparation & review of documents like VMP, SMF, Quality Manual, Vendor Qualification, Products Specifications, Protocols, SOPs, MFR, Qualification of Equipments, APQR and Validation Protocol.

Handling of OOS, Deviation, Change control and CAPA.

Imparting Training as per Schedule on topics like GMP, GHP, Food safety, Personal Hygiene, Food defense & implemented ISO standards.
