Job Duties/project description
"Andrew and I worked together at ATC Electric; I owned the business and he was my Lead Man. Basically Andrew is an electrician. He knows how to do about everything and he has been doing it for over 20 years. We focus on new and old construction here. We did work in commercial facilities, retail properties, along with manufacturing facilities. He completed work orders for electrical installation of all of these facilities."
Work Quality and Quantity
I would rank him a 9/10; he is a reliable worker and manager. He balanced work efficiently and lead team on projects. Never had an issue with the jobs he did."
"Usually on multiple jobs 6 hours of hands on job work, 2 hours of supervisory work (ie. office work, scheduling, ordering)."
Strengths and Abilities
"His work was normally 75% electrical work, 25% mechanical work. He can do both and does it well. He's an expert in electrical installation and repair. Never had an issue with a work order."
Initiative, Cooperation, and Communication
"He is a very good lead to his team and completed work orders effectively and quickly."
Attendance/Reliability
"No issues."
Additional Comments
"Andrew has a lot of skills he can bring to a company. He is strong on both mechanical and electrical skills. I would re-hire him if I still had my company."
