Opened new market with Tesla Motors with an unconventional contract mode: $90M T&M (Comau Inc. - 2014).

Reorganized the USA Body Welding Site / Planning team in preparation for the successful Ford F150 rollout with extremely tight installation deadline. We were ready in Dearborn in August 2014 (Comau inc - 2014).
Earned Customer Recognition for successfully completing projects in various countries, particularly in Brazil for GM (Comau - 2011)/ in China for CHANA (Comau China - 2008), and in South Africa for Mercedes (Comau Africa - 2007).
Established a new power plant that made Ferrari energy independent under an exceedingly demanding schedule (Ferrari - 2009) and developed the Formula 1 Driving Simulator (Ferrari 2010)

Within NAFTA Region: Oversight of the 70 project product development plan, while achieving milestone and customer satisfaction at seven productions plants and one R&D Center.
Implementation Team Member for PMO in Magneti Marelli, 2016
Established the Project Management Office at Magneti Marelli headquarter and worldwide.
A team composed by executive members was appointed to implement this game changer within the Marelli Organization in a challenging time frame, leveraging best practices within the Company and supporting everything with a real data reporting system based on team collaboration approach. (8 months goal achieved)
