Led a high performing team of strategic sourcing, business operations and legal personnel for the
outsourcing of Print Production, Warehousing and Fulfillment to a third-party service provider to procure, warehouse and distribute 2,000 print and merchandising SKU’s to 2,700 bank branches and four (4) operation centers, covering 19 states. Team achieved a run rate cost out of 15% or $1.2 million annually on a baseline Enterprise-wide spend of $6.5 million, on a mature category that had previously been sourced and effectively cost managed.
Created an Enterprise Category Strategy for the corporation related to Bank-wide Print products. Collaborated across Lines of Business to validate on-going supplier management of over $30 million annual spend for the Print Category. Modern Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies and levers were used to manage complex contract arrangements and on-going cost control/reduction. Scope included bank-wide Commercial Print, Envelope products, ATM receipts, Direct Marketing mail, and Commercial print design.
Led development of the Category Strategy, Strategic Sourcing Strategy and contract negotiation for centralizing, outsourcing and consolidating an enterprise commodity function that reduced multiple distribution centers (8) to a single site with a primary supplier, driving $6MM in annual savings. Led the implementation and direct the on-going supplier management with continuous cost saves.
