Duties included – Performed ground keeping duties for 12 buildings at LaVista Office Park in Tucker, GA consisting of over 230,000 s.f. of space. Also, performed janitorial duties for various tenants by cleaning bathrooms, break rooms, removing trash, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and occasional interior window washing, hand dusted office furniture, except the desks. Cleaned outside entrance glass doors and windowsills. Emptied and cleaned all ashtrays at designated areas outside the buildings, screened all sand urns and replaced sand as necessary, Cleaned and sanitized the public restrooms in the hallway buildings daily and monitored for cleanliness through the work day. Washed, cleaned and disinfected all water coolers in hallways and damp mopped or cleaned any spillage in public areas. Ordered and secured all cleaning and paper supplies. Assisted the maintenance engineer and the property manager with special projects as needed.
