Project involved demolition of existing concrete building garage section, soil base remediation by excavating bad soil and replacing it with new A-2-4 backfill. Work consisted of the construction of a 30’ wide x 30’ long x 40’ high reinforced concrete tank and pumping station which included a 30 feet excavation next to the Yabucoa River, water controls, shoring & scaffoldings, and backfilling operations.
