:Designed high-impact talent acquisition program from the ground-up. Genpact wanted to develop a university talent acquisition program. Developed robust recruitment program for financial/business talent at more than 20 universities. Successfully developed high-quality graduate and undergraduate candidate pipeline. Led development of two-year training program for Financial Analysts. Company was expanding its US presence and needed to build a trained workforce. Designed/developed Genpact US Risk Academy as 2-year learning/development program encompassing both technical and soft skills training. Program was great success. Cut new hire and employment processing time by 50%. Ongoing recruitment program at University of Texas Medical Branch was overburdened and inefficient.
